2. No Guarantee of Outcome
While we make every reasonable effort to resolve your issue, we do not guarantee that every problem can be fully fixed due to factors beyond our control, including hardware failure, third-party software, or system limitations.
Payment is for time and expertise, not a guaranteed result.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information about your issue
Follow instructions during the remote support session
Ensure you have legal rights to access the device being serviced
Maintain backups of important data before service begins
AltCat Support is not responsible for data loss resulting from pre-existing system conditions or client actions.
4. Remote Access & Security
Remote support is performed using trusted third-party tools such as AnyDesk or similar software.
You remain in control of your device at all times and may end the session whenever you choose.
We do not store personal files or access your system without permission.
5. Payments & Refunds
Payment is due after service completion, unless otherwise agreed
Fees are clearly communicated before work begins
Refunds may be issued at our discretion if the service cannot be reasonably performed
No refunds are provided for successfully completed sessions.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AltCat Support shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of data, profits, or business interruption
Issues caused by third-party software, hardware, or internet providers
